Anime on DVD does not have it's own dedicated chat room. A group of truly dedicated visitors have created a chat room on the EsperNet servers.
Channel name: #animedvd
Server: Any EsperNet server. Try irc.esper.net for a random server. If you need to connect to a more local server, check the EsperNet server list.
Software: mIRC, PIRCH, or any other IRC-compatible client
