The problem is on disc 2 Eps. 17 Caddie. The opening and 1st half of the episode to not load up. The resolution is from a email I got from bandai ent. Sorry to get back to you so late.

Resolution Added: We checked the Dandoh's and ours had the same problems. The issue is that the stamper got a speck of sand in it and there seems to be a small circular dent on the discs in the same spot for all of these DVDs. We are having our replicator send replacements into the office. |

For those who read the header and got excited about having their very own DearS living with them, I am sorry. However, you can take solace in the fact that Geneon has partnered with The Right Stuf International to fulfill your other DearS fantasy… hearing Dears with both ears! As you may already know, some of our DearS volume 1 DVD’s had the English track in mono, not stereo. Since no one really wants to have mono, we have corrected the problem and if you click on this link, you will find a form with information on how you can get a new DearS, free from the dreaded mono bug!* * Please do not send back the DVD amaray case. We only need the DVD disc itself.
